| Cottage Review:
This is the second year we have all enjoyed a fabulous holiday. Sandbanks View is located to make the most of all local ameneties and events and is a perfect base for wider activities within Dorset and Hampshire. The accomodation is comfortable and homely. The booking process is easily understood and the owner could not be more helpful. looking forward to making it 3 years holidaying in Poole. |

| Cottage Review:
A lovely house in an ideal location for exploring Poole, Sandbanks,& surrounding area. The house is very clean & well maintained with lots of amenities. The views from the house are lovely and we could see the fireworks on Poole Quay from the bedroom terrace. It was lovely to take the short walk to Poole Quay with all its shops & restaurants & ferry services. Poole Park is also within walking distance. The booking process is very straightforward & the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful & gave us ideas as to what we could do on our holiday as well as practical information such as where the local supermarkets were. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! |

| Cottage Review:
Everything about this cottage is just right. The owners are very focused on and knowledgable about customer care, and this is reflected in the admin that surrounds booking and arranging entry to a cottage - the whole process was so easy, and our deposit was returned in full immediately after the keys were posted back. The cottage is excellent value and costs less than a comparable one booked through an agent. We particularly liked the spectacular views from the patio, balcony and three windows, and the fact that everying required for easy living was supplied, including a free phone package. We would recommend this property highly and would certainly use it again the next time we want a sea-view holiday in Dorset. Thanks to Sunshine Cleaners who cleaned the cottage before our arrival to the highest possible standards and who phoned to check if anything else was required. |

Lovely house in a great spot with good views, even if you don't have your own transport you're OK bus stop just a few yards away and Poole harbour with its shops restaurants and pubs is only a short stroll. As Arnie said "I'll be back" |

| Cottage Review:
Really good location, central for shops, parks etc. Parking space included which is conveniant. House has lovely views of the harbour. All mod cons and very clean. |
