Description of the holiday cottage
This spacious holiday property provides comfortable accommodation including two twin bedrooms on the ground floor; one double on the first floor; a well-equipped fitted kitchen; sitting room; dining room; delightful sun lounge and a large and secluded garden stocked with well-established plants and shrubs, and a patio. Salruth Cottage is an excellent choice for those looking for a family property, or a group of friends. The location offers an extensive choice of attractions and activities, including walking, the opportunity to visit historic houses, and a close proximity to Edinburgh or Glasgow by car or train.

Cottage Review: Nice property, big secluded garden. Fully equipped for families. The only criticism I have is that we were only 'allowed' to use downstairs and upstairs was locked so we couldn't use it although we paid for full use of the cottage! [Editor: note, property hired directly with owners, not through Sykes Cottages]
