Description of the cottage holiday
A well presented ground floor apartment close to Porthminster Beach, makes this an ideal property for beach goers, yet its central position also allows for exploring all the attractions St Ives has to offer. There is the added benefit of a car parking space, however the bus and train stations are a short distance away for those wishing to use public transport. Kitchen: halogen hob, combi microwave oven (please note there is no main oven in the property), fridge, washing machine. Sitting area: dining table and two chairs, sofa (converts into sofa bed for guests not wishing to share the bedroom), TV/DVD, easy chair. Cloakroom: WC, basin. Bedroom: double bed, glass screened walk in shower cubicle with electric shower and extraction unit. Additional information: communal paved area with bench.
