In the heart of a small coastal village this picturesque chocolate box thatched cottage has been tasetfully renovated to offer a friendly holiday break whatever the season.
Periwinkle Cottage property comprises of a Hall. Sitting/dining room with electric fire and doors to patio. Archway to well appointed kitchen with range cooker and door to garden. Bathroom/WC. Wet room/WC. On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, Cloakroom/WC.
Set in a peaceful crescent only 50 yards from a pub famous for its food it lies a short stroll from the golden beach and dunes nature reserve whose six mile circular walk affords sightings of the local seal colony. There is a Post Office, Award winning Fish & Chip shop and a small supermarket a short walk away. |

| Cottage Review:
we visited this cottage in april for a short break,having been to winterton on sea many times we found this cottage is in an ideal location with the village pub serving great food just across the road and the sand dunes and beach less than a 5 minute walk away. the cottage was very clean and homely with an enclosed garden for the dog and great facilities ,would recomend this cottage and look forward to going back soon. |
