Cottage Review:   We've just returned from a week away. I was worried because of the negative post about this house but we had a great time! There is ample room for people to have their own space. There is a downstairs toilet, one bathroom and an en suite which we managed with just fine. They could do with a bigger fridge but we were told they had one to put in. The arga is not great though, it puts out ALOT of heat and in the summer I wonder if it would be too much, we suggested they change to a gas range which they appeared to take on board. It's about a 10 - 15 casual walk to the sea, the garden is not a bad size but would be too small for kids to play in properly but then you have the beach so close!

Cottage Review:   Although new to market, the property was disappointing. Sparcely decorated, few useful Plate/Cups etc. . The Gas Aga cannot be turnd off, so on a warm (not hot) day the atmosphere inside was unbearable. Right under the garden furniture was a huge ants nest, which made eating in the deceptively small garden impossible on sunny days. We also hard a plague of flies inside. Also, the seperate 'shed' that contained the hot tub had a decidedly 'smelly feet' smell about it. Avoid, there are far better rentals in Norfolk!
