Description of the self catering
The Rafters part of Fermanagh Self Catering is on the first floor of the converted barn, with sloping ceiling, protruding rafters and velux windows throughout. A beautiful and contemporary white modern fitted kitchen and dining area with high and low level storage cupboards and ample worktop space. All mod cons are provided in the kitchen. This is a fine Limestone Victorian dwelling house overlooking a 60 acre lake called Killyfole (Mill Lough). Set on its own 4 acre well wooded site.

Cottage Review: The Rafters is ideally placed to make visits around Fermanagh where there is lots to see and do. The hosts Caroline and Mark and their family are friendly and very welcoming and extremely accomodating. Staying at the Rafters was everything we could have wanted from a holiday. Sit out on the decking and just chill or a short drive to some very interesting sites. Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court and the splendid Yew Trees are just a few of the places to visit. It may be worth while tojoin the National Trust too as this could save money in the long run when visiting these wonderful places. Children are very well catered for whatever age they may be. My family have us booked for a return visit because they enjoyed themselves so much. The Rafters is also situated not far from the border so you can spend time in Southern Ireland too. Top Marks from all of us and I am sure we will be taking another holiday very soon at the The Rafters
