Capable of sleeping up to eight people, this detached stone-built house blends traditional features with light, airy and spacious modern living, set in a glorious countryside location. Set in the village of Brayford, is this detached stone-built house, perched on a hillside overlooking its own fishing lakes and the river below. Situated just six miles from Barnstaple, the house has plenty of space and has been finished and decorated to a high standard. The sitting and dining rooms both look out over the beautiful countryside whilst upstairs there are four bedrooms, one of which comes with en-suite facilities. There is also a small sun room and garden terrace, ideal for relaxing on a hot summer's day or enjoying a cool evening drink. With private trout and carp fishing across five ponds, the extensive 11-acre grounds are a wildlife lover's paradise.
