The upper floor of a period house in a very popular and historic area of Dartmouth. This second floor apartment has recently been tastefully refurbished and equipped to a very high standard. From its three balconies, the property has outstanding 180 degree views of the river, from the Britannia Naval College, over to Kingswear and out to sea.
