The peaceful South Lincolnshire village of Old Leake sits in attractive countryside and offers a shop, three pubs, a Post Office, sports field and a children's playground. Long Acres is a comfortable Lincolnshire cottage set in a quiet rural position on the outskirts of Old Leake village. This well equipped detached modern bungalow offers accommodation with modern furnishings and fittings including a cosy sitting room, two relaxing bedrooms, and a well proportioned fitted kitchen with dining area and patio doors opening out onto a large conservatory with comfy sofas. There is also an enclosed garden with lawn and shrubs and a gravel patio area with table and chairs. Long Acres occupies a fine location ideally located for accessing the coast and surrounding area.
