Description of the self catering
This lovely region in County Waterford is perfect for angling and golfing enthusiasts, with its many rivers and golf courses. Knockmealdown View is a charming single storey holiday home on the outskirts of the village of Touraneena, nine miles from Dungarvan. The area offers good walking and horse riding opportunities, and the nearby old harbour town of Dungarvan offers fantastic water sports and selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Situated on the Clonmel Road, the property has been attractively furnished, decorated and equipped to an excellent standard and offers two attractive living rooms featuring pretty fireplaces and open fires. Knockmealdown View offers five bedrooms, four of which have en suite facilities. The large lawned garden is a relaxing space, perfect for sitting in or pottering around while enjoying the spectacular views across the surrounding hills and woodland. The long sandy beaches and bustling streets of Waterford are within easy driving distance of this ideal holiday destination.
