Description of the self catering
Situated in a wonderful elevated position on the side of a valley tributary to the Dart with excellent views across the river to central Dartmouth, this penthouse apartment is bright and airy, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The property has underground parking, a lift into the apartment and is a five to ten minute walk to the Kingswear shop, pubs and restaurant and to the Dartmouth ferry.
