This beautifully renovated, split level stone cottage dates back to 1850 and is located on a farm just nine miles from the bustling city of Waterford. Originally a dairy shed belonging to the current owner's great-great-grandfather, the property has been lovingly restored to become a two bedroom cottage with ample living space, an attractive interior and many period features. The thick stone walls, pine clad ceilings and wood burning stove all make this an incredibly cosy and comfortable home from home.
