Eden Valley Escapes is a small family-run business providing quality self catering cottages in the Eden Valley area of Cumbria for couples, families and groups looking for exclusive self catering accommodation and luxury holiday cottages. This fabulous conversion of stone built barns has a delightful setting on a traditional working smallholding in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Eden Valley and has been designed and equipped to a high standard providing excellent, well presented, high quality accommodation for year round breaks. The cottages are located away from busy areas, but are still close to the many attractions found in this beautiful part of Cumbria and are ideal for people wanting a quality holiday or break in a quiet, yet convenient location, and are also ideal for walking, cycling, or romantic breaks for couples. Enjoying a remote location with lovely uninterrupted views over the Pennines and with excellent bird watching, wildlife and walking on the doorstep, this is ideal for those seeking total relaxation.Best Features
The cottages are full of charm and character and are furnished to a high standard with full central heating with a combi-boiler for instant hot water.
Fully open plan ground floor, with laminate wooden flooring throughout, the accommodation comprises:
Lounge area with comfortable armchairs and settee, remote control multi channel ‘Freeview’ TV, DVD, video, radio, and CD player.
The cottage style kitchen area has oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/icebox, with the dining area having a large table and 6 chairs.
Each bedroom has been tastefully furnished in a country style with co-ordinated fabrics, and each has excellent views over the surrounding open countryside.
Good quality, bed linen, and towels are provided.
The fully tiled bathroom has full sized bath with shower over, shaver point, WHB & WC.
A door leads outside to the rear, lovely, private enclosed garden overlooking open fields with a variety of planters, a patio area, garden furniture, and barbecue.
There is ample safe parking outside the front of the cottage with security lighting
Heating and electric are all included in the price.
