Description of the self catering
Able to sleep four people, this cottage is a former railway-crossing house and is set on the border between Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. This detached brick-built, former railway-crossing cottage comes with its own mini nature reserve and is located on the borders between Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. Just one mile from the village of Throckenholt, the cottage is set on the edge of a 10-acre site, planted with many young trees providing excellent habitat for birdlife. The accommodation inside offers cosy, traditional, country-style living, however it is also well equipped with all modern amenities. There are two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with separate dining room and a lounge with wood-burning stove. There is also a private garden, suitable for children and dogs, with lawn and flower borders, as well as a patio area with garden table and chairs.
