Description of the self catering property
Richards Castle is a small village, steeped in history. Church House Barn was originally built in the 17th Century and has been sympathetically restored to provide accommodation for groups of up to 6 people. It is a semi-detached property, clad in timber and still boasts exposed beam, trusses and wall timbers as part of its original charm. The living accommodation is arranged in an open-plan style and opens onto a shared lawn; perfect for a spot of outdoor-dining in the summer months. You can still enjoy all that the region has to offer during the colder seasons, as the property also has a wood-burner to warm you up after a bracing walk across the hills.
