Description of the holiday cottage
Chideock Cottage is a 19th century character cottage and is located in the beautiful village of Chideock. It is available all-year-round and the picturesque beach at Seatown is just a short 20 minute stroll away. It is only 3 miles from the historic town of Bridport and just 6 miles from the bustling seaside town of Lyme Regis. The cottage is situated along a quiet lane opposite the George Inn and has a sunny south-facing garden with lovely views. The cottage is equipped to a high standard providing the perfect holiday location from which to enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Jurassic coastline. With numerous coastal walks on the doorstep, peaceful surroundings and an excellent pub just over the road, Chideock Cottage is the ideal place for a relaxing break.Best Features
The aga keeps the cottage lovely and cosy in the winter months and provides easy cooking and great drying facilities! The large, private, south-facing garden has a patio area and has amazing views.
Free wifi available.
Small families or couples will find the cottage ideal for walking locally or visiting Bridport and Lyme Regis which are just a short drive away. The bus stop is minutes away if you prefer to take the bus to explore the many fantastic places in West Dorset.

| Cottage Review:
Beautiful cottage and very comfortable. It was a great place to see in the New Year and relax with friends. There was a bottle of Champagne chilling for us in the fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch. The cottage was very well equipped with EVERYTHING you could want. The beds were very comfy!! Everything was clean and presented to a very high standard. The local pubs \'The George\' opposite and The Anchor\' at Seatown are very welcoming both offering great food. Highly recommend a stay at \'Chideock Cottage. |
