Description of the cottage holiday |
This well designed ground floor apartment is situated in a convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from Porthminster beach and the town centre. It is ideal for exploring St Ives and the many other beauty spots within West Cornwall. Being on the ground floor with no internal stairs and a walk in shower, it may also suit those with limited mobility. The allocated parking immediately outside the property also makes for a stress free visit.
Sitting/dining/kitchen area:
Open plan room with windows to the front of the property. Large Sofabed, bentwood easy chair, wall mounted TV/DVD, dining table and four leather chairs. Modern kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, Fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine.
Shower room:
Fully tiled with walk in shower, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail.
Bedroom:
Lovely light and airy room, Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, free standing mirror. Room for a cot.

Allocated parking for 1 car. Ideal location for couples looking to explore St Ives and the surrounding areas. Suitable for guests with limited mobility. |
